Refund Policy

At Shepherd Holiday Lighting, all sales and service agreements are final. We do not offer refunds once work has begun.

 

If you cancel your project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a refund of 50% of your initial deposit. This partial refund helps cover scheduling, planning, and administrative costs already incurred.
